Yesterday I learned about schema markup and Different types of WordPress themes. Today I learned about a freelance platform of coworkers, sproutgigs.com. And after that, we are gonna talk about YouTube. But before I tell you about Sprout gigs, let me tell you about Freelancing and freelance work and how it's different from a regular 9-5 job.

What is Freelancing:-

A freelancer is a person who's self-employed, which means he/she doesn't work for a company or a firm but independently he has the freedom to take his own jobs and make money by completing them. A guy who is not bound to any restrictions on the selection of his jobs and his work hours. This process is known as freelancing. 

There are many freelancing platforms some famous ones are listed below.

• Upwork
• Fiverr
• Guru
• Freelancer
• Design 5
• PeoplePerHour.

What is Freelance Work and its Types:-

Freelance work could be anything, any job, or any type of work physical or online, as long as you are not bound to wear a uniform or work hours. a job that pays you while having the freedom of work hours and environment.

Types of freelance Work:-

There are many types of freelance work, some of which are as follows.

• Writing for a blog
• Data entry of all sorts, like writing and punching numbers.
• Website building and designing.
• Graphic designing and animation work.
• Some micro jobs like increasing likes and subs. 

Sprout gigs:-

Sprout gigs is an online freelance marketplace for Pico workers. People post jobs on platforms on signup and do the job and get paid. Some of these jobs can be small like Reddit page build and signup or Facebook likes, followers, etc. But there are some medium-paying jobs like article writing and SEO etc. 

These jobs pay you a minimum of 0.80 cents but writing jobs can pay you up to 20$ per 1000 words. it is a good place to start and test your freelancing skills. then you can move to high-paying platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.  

YouTube:-

YouTube is an online video-sharing platform that pays you if your content is viable and people are liking it. YouTube is a part of google or a sub-product developed by google to engage people in wasting a lot of time watching some random guy eating or some cute puppy playing or cat videos. But good for people like us we can earn money as long as people are watching those videos. 

Well, I'm not gonna talk about how much YT pays but tell you how to elect a niche. it's a basic one, I will write about niche selection in detail next time. 

Now which topic we can make a video, you can make on anyone. there are thousands of topics you can choose from. Like gardening, pets, animals, movie review, tutorials, product descriptions, cooking, etc. But there are some points for beginners before selecting a niche.

• On every topic there are a million videos, So don't get confused that you can't make it. Yes, you can do thorough research and add new information to the data.
• Don't ever choose a broad niche, chose a small one. Like fashion it's broad.
• Narrow down whatever niche you select. Now if you are selecting a Fashion, then narrow it to Bridal,  Mehndi Designs, or Hand cream. If you are choosing cocking then narrow it to desi cooking and narrow it again to some dish and then make its variants, like desi, and other western, etc. Then if you are getting views and engagement then move on to advance levels.
